Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. derives its goodwill mainly from its founder Dr. K Anji Reddy and its deliverence to the people of India. To date this has been done by providing world class medicines affordable to majority of our country's population. Therefore I believe the organization has to stick to this core value and belief and put all its resources in this one single direction.
1) Create 'common causes' that strike an optimum balance of benefit for all stakeholders. 2) Dedicate resources and management bandwidth to conduct collaborative pursuits of those causes. 3) Institutionlize forums for acknowledging, reviewing and 'course-correcting' those pursuits.
