This guide offers examples of good practice to help chairmen get the best value from the board evaluation process.
Roger Parry will be sharing examples of his own experience as a Chairman. Roger is a Chairman of several listed companies including Oxford Metrics plc and YouGov plc. He also chairs several private companies including Aves Enterprises and MSQ Partners. He was previously a consultant with McKinsey & Co; CEO of More Group, and Clear Channel International, Chairman of Johnston Press, Future and Shakespeare’s Globe Trust. Roger was awarded a CBE in 2014. He is the author of five books: People Businesses; Enterprise; Making Cities Work; Delivering the Neural Nudge and The Ascent of Media.
