As part of the Futures Project we have been assessing the progress towards, and the case for, an inclusive approach, as first put forward twenty years ago with the founding of Tomorrow’s Company. We have encouragingly found a growing body of evidence showing that an ‘inclusive approach’ can create more value for all stakeholders, including shareholders.
We have also found that while there has been significant progress over the last twenty years, there remain a number of significant barriers. We have mapped this progress and barriers in order to identify what are the most effective next steps in encouraging the further adoption of an inclusive approach.
