Kevan is an Associate Professor of Strategy at the University of East Anglia teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in areas such as strategy, leadership, change, governance and ethics. An experienced company director currently he is a director of a business providing leadership and management services to schools and multiacademy trusts. He is a mentor to business owners, is an author, facilitator and a trainer.
Kevan argues that we build and run better business if we focus on education. Sharing knowledge in helping existing leaders make the right decisions and helping young people learning of the force for good that is responsible business and helping them prepare for their future leadership roles.
Coming to teaching part way through his career, and previously a scientist, his working in the private sector, the public sector, the higher education sector and having setup and run his own business, provides Kevan with powerful insights into organisational behaviours and the value of lifelong learning in business.
