We interviewed Roger Parry CBE following the launch of our guide on board evaluation Tomorrow’s Corporate Governance: Improving board evaluation to achieve greater board effectiveness; Roger is Chairman of several listed companies including Oxford Metrics plc and YouGov plc. Roger shares his view on board evaluation as an experienced Chairman.
